FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Chia Hsin Chi, Yunz Interior Design proudly presents "The Dreamer Base," a residence designed to empower a young film major to embrace self-responsibility and pursue his aspirations independently. The client, seeking independence after completing overseas studies, desired a space that would allow him to chase his dreams without constraints.
The unique design integrates the ideas of two generations and incorporates Feng Shui principles, catering to the client's fondness for rough industrial-style aesthetics. Notably, the main bedroom features a striking red brick wall, while the ambiance of nostalgia is evoked through artistic wall painting techniques.
The realization of the design involved meticulous selection of lighting and furniture, including a white handmade chandelier from France's Serge Mouille, complementing the industrial style favored by the client. The space features a broad living and dining area, an open study, and a writable bookshelf door, catering to the client's professional and creative needs.
Located at the intersection of Guangfu South Road and Ren'ai Road in the heart of Taipei City, "The Dreamer Base" reflects the love and trust between a father and son, as well as the designer's dedication to meeting the client's expectations. Overcoming aesthetic differences and incorporating Feng Shui advice were among the challenges faced during the design process.
Luis Chi, the founder and design director of YUNâZ Design, emphasizes "balance" and "coordination" as the team's guiding principles, ensuring that the essence of design shines through without excessive styling. The team's commitment to excellence has earned them a Bronze A' Design Award in 2021 for their outstanding and creatively ingenious designs.
