Zhubo Design Unveils Innovative Student-Centric Campus in Shenzhen

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Shenzhen Longhua Xingzhi Project

Zhubo Design introduces the groundbreaking Shenzhen Longhua Xingzhi project, a revolutionary middle school design that prioritizes student-centered education. The project, located in Longhua District, Shenzhen, was completed in 2021, redefining traditional educational spaces with an open, personalized, and multi-level communication environment.

The design utilizes a unique method of subtraction, creating an innovative Mobius Ring type of public space system that fosters informal communication and three-dimensional spatial circulation. The campus features colorful and lively staircases, platforms, and small buildings, stimulating children's curiosity and imagination.

Architects overcame challenges such as a 10-meter height difference and a scarcity of public space in the surrounding community to establish a complex shared campus space. The project accommodates 2,100 students with 42 classes, providing a solution to the local community's insufficient cultural facilities and public space.
