Brickell Business: A Unique Commercial Building Embracing Innovation and Nature

Architect Daniel de Amorim introduces Brickell Business, a commercial building project inspired by the lush coast of Santa Catarina and the unique essence of Miami. The project reflects the innovation and glamor found in Brickell, Miami, with a characteristic architecture that embraces nature while exuding modernity and grandeur.

The 10,548.56 square meter project, located in Porto Belo, Brazil, features a reinforced concrete structure, metal, glass, and LED lighting, all integrated with abundant vegetation. The 20-floor building with 48 commercial units is designed to alleviate stress impacts with its focus on comfort, tranquility, and natural lighting, offering common spaces such as a gym and rooftop for the occupants' well-being.

The design phase began in April 2023 and was completed in December 2023, with construction expected to be finished by December 2028. Brickell Business has been recognized with the Bronze A' Design Award in Architecture, Building, and Structure Design in 2024, showcasing its outstanding and creatively ingenious design that contributes to quality of life improvements.
