Renowned architect Daniel de Amorim unveils Maestria, a stunning architectural marvel inspired by the mastery and elegance of a diamond. The project, located in Porto Belo, Santa Catarina, Brazil, is set to redefine luxury living through its unique design and innovative features.

Maestria stands out with its meticulous attention to detail, offering a transformative living experience that adapts to the changing moments of the day and night. The 31-floor building, featuring 46 residential units and 4 commercial spaces, is a testament to the fusion of sophistication and functionality.

The project's unique realization technology incorporates reinforced concrete, metal, glass, LED lighting, and laser-perforated sheets to create the distinctive diamond facets, reflecting the project's inspiration.

With a total area of 17,274.34 square meters and a leisure/common use area spanning over 1,400 square meters, Maestria promises to captivate residents and visitors alike with its diverse environments and immersive experiences.

Designed to harmonize with nature, Maestria offers a serene living environment, combining modern comforts with the tranquility of its seaside location. The project's development phase commenced in February 2023 and is scheduled for completion in December 2028, marking a significant addition to the city's skyline.
