FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Boleslawiec, renowned for its ceramics, serves as the inspiration for the vibrant and whimsical design of the Ibis Styles Boleslawiec hotel. The fusion of traditional craftsmanship with contemporary trends and innovative solutions is evident throughout the hotel, from the oversized cup-shaped reception stands to the cobalt yellow rooms reminiscent of the city's iconic ceramics.
The hotel's common areas span 300 sqm, while the meticulously designed hotel rooms cover 910 sqm, offering guests a truly immersive experience in the world of Boleslawiec ceramics.
Magdalena Federowicz-Boule, along with a talented team, including Kama Kowacz, Daria CichoÅ, Paulina Szarzec, Renata Kuczera, Aleksander Dymkowski, Marta Szymanowska, and Martyna Wojtasik, has successfully brought this unique vision to life, creating a space that not only provides accommodation but also serves as an interactive platform for guests to explore the history and artistry of Boleslawiec ceramics.
The hotel's design not only showcases the beauty of local ceramics but also offers interactive elements, such as a dedicated area for children to create their patterns and inscriptions using blocks, further enhancing the immersive experience.
This project, which commenced in 2016 and concluded in June 2020, has been recognized with the prestigious Bronze A' Design Award in 2021, highlighting its exceptional creativity and resourcefulness in seamlessly integrating tradition with modernity. The design not only captivates visitors but also educates them about the rich heritage and craftsmanship of Boleslawiec ceramics, making it a truly distinctive and award-winning endeavor.
