Unveiling Sunac Shanxiao: A Fusion of Deconstructionism and Natural Integration

Chongqing Mocun Interior Decoration Design Consultation Co., Ltd. proudly presents Sunac Shanxiao, a revolutionary real estate sales center designed by Qingtao Ji. Situated at Nanshan Scenic Spot in Chongqing, China, this 800-square-meter, two-story structure is a testament to the fusion of modernism and deconstructionism in commercial space design.

The project, completed on 10th October 2019, features a transparent glass box with a full glass curtain wall, offering an almost entirely open interior space. The spatial design focuses on providing a captivating experience, with functional areas strategically placed near the windows to allow visitors to immerse themselves in the breathtaking surrounding landscape.

By incorporating geometric forms, linear elements, and a color palette of yellow, black, and white, the space exudes an elegant and atmospheric brand image, reflecting a unique sense of fashion and literary temperament. The interior boasts a two-story polygonal metal frame adorned with thousands of translucent metal wires, creating a constantly changing artistic rendering that bridges the gap between natural beauty and human perception.

Qingtao Ji and the design team, including Ji Qingtao, Yu Ren, Xiao Yao, Hong Mei, and Xiong Conghao, successfully overcame the challenge of creating a space that reflects the brand's image and unique spatial impression. The resulting design not only meets the cognitive expectations of the target clients but also integrates the original ecological environment with modern living space, offering a truly immersive experience.

Recognizing the exceptional design and innovative approach, Sunac Shanxiao was awarded the Silver A' Design Award in 2020, cementing its status as a top-of-the-line, creatively remarkable project that showcases outstanding expertise and innovation.
