The project was completed in August 2020 in Taiwan, catering to the target audience's need for a spacious, comfortable living environment.
The model house boasts a club-like public area, catering to businesspeople who may use the space for dinner and business meetings. The living room, dining room, and study areas are designed with a "club-like" concept, offering a unique and versatile setting for various activities.
Featuring a fusion of classical and modern elements, the design incorporates linear lighting on the ceiling to create a contemporary ambiance, complementing the classical style. The study room showcases unique wall cabinet shapes, serving both functional and aesthetic purposes.
Utilizing a range of building materials such as marble, iron, trims, linear lights, metal, transparent glass, and solid wood veneer, the project achieves a harmonious blend of classical grandeur and modern sophistication. The model house spans approximately 115.7 square meters, comprising a foyer, living room, dining room, kitchen, master bedroom, two secondary bedrooms, and a study room.
