The building's signature feature is its vertically aligned, subtly twisted façade panels, constructed from high-strength aluminum with elliptical profiles. These angled louvers serve as a visual screen, protecting the interior from prying eyes and reducing heat exposure, while still allowing residents to enjoy panoramic city views. The façade's innovative design also minimizes dust and water retention, ensuring durability and low maintenance. Between the façade and the main structure, thoughtfully integrated landscaped areas introduce greenery, enhancing both the building's environmental performance and its aesthetic appeal.

Each floor's front section offers semi-private living spaces that encourage openness and connection, while the rear sections house tranquil bedrooms for undisturbed rest.
