Rotunda Sale Center: A Harmonious Fusion of Art, Interaction, and Sustainable Design

Rotunda, designed by Kris Lin, reimagines the traditional clubhouse with a central circular hall that serves as both a visual focal point and a hub for social interaction. Inspired by the concept of the rotunda, the design breaks away from conventional spatial boundaries, creating a fluid layout that naturally connects meeting rooms, lounges, and offices. The circular hall not only fosters communication and interaction but also symbolizes harmony and completeness, making it a vibrant centerpiece for the entire space.

The project stands out for its integration of art and functionality, featuring an open layout that accommodates both exhibitions and social gatherings. High-quality materials, such as iridescent glass curtain walls and mirrored ceilings, were carefully selected to enhance the artistic ambiance while ensuring practicality. The use of vibrant, recyclable glass panels-measuring up to 1400mm x 10mm x 3000mm-demonstrates a commitment to sustainability, meeting green building standards and supporting eco-friendly practices.

Overcoming significant technical challenges, the design team collaborated with manufacturers to bend large glass panels into perfect arcs for the circular hall, utilizing advanced technology and rigorous testing to achieve flawless installation. The result is a flexible, interactive environment that elevates the brand image, offers a high-end exhibition platform, and leaves a lasting impression on visitors. The Rotunda Sale Center exemplifies how thoughtful design can balance aesthetics, functionality, and environmental responsibility in contemporary architecture.
