Wei Ting Lin's Treasure Chest, a real estate sales center located in the elite area of Beitou, Taiwan, adjacent to two schools and a park, has been awarded the prestigious Silver A' Design Award. The project, designed to emphasize the importance of the neighborhood park and keep pace with urban greening, wraps the park like a treasure chest with a distinctive "box" appearance, cherishing the natural greenery.

Looking from the west side of the construction to the east, the box-shaped architecture with its translucent volume and penetrating openings creates a visual connection with the streets and ignites curiosity. The interior, composed of various flexible spaces, showcases the brand's diverse spirit and elevates the regional aspect to a broader part of future urban greening.

The steel structure is adopted as the main structure for both the building and the interior, balancing warm and cold contrast. Durable and elegant teak materials are selected, and a large area of the interior is paved with plain terrazzo flooring, echoing the humanistic culture and shortening the distance between the public.
