Green and Sustainable Design for Shenzhen Baguang Sports Center

The Baguang sports center is located in the east of Kwai Chung office, Dapeng New District, Longgang, Shenzhen, and ends at Yanba expressway. It is the most well-protected natural land in Shenzhen, with silver leaf forest, egrets, and wetlands. The project covers a total land area of 36,041 square meters and a building area of 70,657 square meters. Surrounded by water on three sides and only 20 meters away from the coastline, the building site is known as the "maritime cultural center" of Shenzhen.

The design emphasizes the flexibility of seawater, pays attention to the integrity of the project, and achieves green and sustainable development design. The floor of the swimming pool uses anti-slip and epoxy grindstone floor, while the walls use permanent condensate DPS. The basketball hall's floor is made of sports wood, and the walls are made of wood and wood wool sound-absorbing panels. The ceiling is made of metal and membrane materials, and the partially transparent roof is made of glass polyester transparent plates.

In the design, advanced technology, equipment, excellent technology, environmental protection materials, and safe and reliable structure are preferred. The space design combines the characteristics of the seaside and is based on the building. The design emphasizes the flexibility of the seawater and the integrity of the project, achieving green and sustainable development design.
