Evolution Design introduces Puls Vario, a cutting-edge office design concept aimed at fostering innovation and creativity in the workplace.
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Evolution Design, a Swiss architecture and design studio, has unveiled Puls Vario, a revolutionary office design concept created to stimulate innovation and creativity in the workplace. The design is based on the latest cognitive research and aims to expedite the development of new ideas into innovative products.
The Puls Vario office, located in Vienna, is a 1000 square meter space designed to be an innovation powerhouse, fostering creativity, new developments, and the deepening of individual expert knowledge. The office is inspired by the traditional Austrian farmhouse structure, the Vierkanthof, and is arranged around a square-shaped courtyard where various experts work closely together to achieve common goals.
The office is divided into four zones - Retreat, Dialog, Create, and Share - each tailored to support different stages of the innovation process. These zones are designed to facilitate individual research, informal discussion and collaboration, prototyping and development, and the sharing of results and ideas, respectively.
The project, which commenced in June 2017 and was completed in March 2018, was a collaborative effort between the new R&D team and the HR project team at Puls HQ in Munich. The design process not only created a workspace environment that stimulates invention but also enabled an internal restructuring and strengthened the team spirit at Puls.
Evolution Design is a Swiss architecture and design studio that focuses on human-centered design solutions. The practice was founded in 2004 by Stefan Camenzind and has since grown to have offices in Zurich and London. The team at Evolution Design creates projects that are a synergy of comprehensive research and analysis, cutting-edge creativity, and highly skilled engineering knowledge with an extra focus on human emotional needs and well-being.
