Roble: A Luxurious Cafe and Restaurant Project

Peyman Kiani Falavarjani presents Roble, a stunning cafe and restaurant project located on the roof of a famous commercial complex in the north of Tehran. The restaurant, focusing on American cuisine with an emphasis on steak and smoked foods, exudes luxury and elegance through its unique design and features.

The 890 sqm space boasts a main hall, smoking-room, VIP area, kitchen, and additional service spaces, all meticulously designed to offer a one-of-a-kind dining experience.

The project, implemented in 2018, features a movable ceiling-fabric roof, allowing customers to enjoy natural sunlight and starry skies, creating a truly immersive dining atmosphere.

The design of Roble sets it apart with its use of wood, leather, metal, and a rich color palette, including dark tones, green, black, gold, and rose gold, evoking a sense of luxury and warmth.

Key design elements include large chandeliers, custom-made ceramics, and a unique cargo counter crafted from jade stone, ceramic, and black walnut lumber. The entrance spaces feature a multi-level deck, offering panoramic views of Tehran.

Roble's design is a testament to the meticulous attention to detail, with all elements, including ceramics, accessories, and furniture, customized or handmade to create a cohesive and inviting ambiance.

Notably, the restaurant has welcomed esteemed guests, including diplomats and international figures, further highlighting the universal appeal of its design.

Peyman Kiani Falavarjani's vision for Roble draws inspiration from American steak and smokehouses, resulting in a space that seamlessly blends form, function, and cultural resonance. The project has been recognized with the prestigious Silver A' Design Award in 2020, underscoring its exceptional creativity and innovation.
