FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Located at the edge of Taoyuan county, Tian Ling Villa is a breathtaking residential interior designed by Daisuke Nagatomo and Minnie Jan. The villa boasts a unique and grand atmosphere, surrounded by beautiful mountain views, offering a relaxing space for family and friends.
The design features a spacious open floor plan, with natural materials and colors creating a comfortable living space. Warm wood grain color and white marble adorn the ground floor, while grayish stone panels echo a calm and tranquil feeling throughout the villa.
The construction of Tian Ling Villa involved highly skilled carpenters and a focus on natural materials such as marble stone, wooden surfaces, and ceramic tiles. The villa spans three floors, with the first floor covering 204 m2, the second floor 157 m2, and the third floor 92 m2.
The large windows towards the garden frame the view for residents to feel the daylight and changing seasons. The circulation space connects each area without completely blocking the view, providing a sense of spaciousness.
The project began in November 2016 and was completed in July 2020. Tian Ling Villa explores high living quality in the suburban area of Taiwan, emphasizing the experience of the interior space and harmonizing the interior with a homogenous language.
The most challenging part of the project was understanding the existing building structure and employing methods to harmonize the interior space with a homogenous language.
The villa presents a grand and relaxing atmosphere with natural materials such as wood, stone, and marble. The tranquil space is not only for rest but also to rejuvenate from the busy lifestyle, offering a great escape from the cityscape.
