Prashant Chauhan's ZERO9 Unveils the Expansive Nagpur Apartment, Blending Rustic Charm with Elegance
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Prashant Chauhan, the creative mind behind ZERO9, has unveiled the breathtaking Rustic Zen project, a luxurious private home in Nagpur that seamlessly blends rustic charm with modern elegance. The expansive 400 Sq. Mts. apartment, located on the 6th floor of a high-rise building, draws light and ventilation from all directions, offering a unique living experience for its sole floor owner. The project, which commenced in October 2019 and concluded in January 2023, was a captivating challenge for the design team, as they were tasked with creating a space that exuded rustic warmth while maintaining an air of sophistication.
The living room, spanning about 2000 Sq Ft, was meticulously tailored to accommodate a formal living area, bar, family living space, and a dining area, with the flexibility to be cordoned off using glass partitions. The design team overcame the challenge of materiality to achieve the desired rustic appeal, resulting in a space that exudes warmth and elegance. The apartment's layout was derived after amalgamating two apartments on the same floor, offering the client an exclusive and expansive living space that caters to their lifestyle.
Prashant Chauhan's keen eye for detail and innovative approach to design is evident in the thoughtful curation of the space, which effortlessly accommodates the client's staff within the apartment. The project was awarded the prestigious Bronze A' Design Award in 2023, recognizing its outstanding creativity and ingenious design that authentically captures the fusion of rustic charm and modern elegance. The Rustic Zen project stands as a testament to ZERO9's commitment to pushing boundaries and celebrating life through innovative design.
