Monique Lee's Soda Port is a captivating restaurant project located at Legend Palace Hotel, Macau Fisherman's Wharf, designed to embrace Macau's unique Chinese-European culture. The interior layout encourages interactive operation, allowing visitors and staff to communicate freely. Diners are not just patrons but also an audience for the chef's culinary skills, creating a magical and inviting atmosphere that represents Macau's diverse culture.

The design incorporates Macau's unique architectural relics as key elements, featuring cultural heritage materials such as Ruínas de São Paulo, Senado Square, Portuguese style tiles, and church stained glass. These elements vividly showcase Macau's distinctive Chinese-European colonial history.

Combining modern metallic and traditional construction materials, the restaurant's interior features a reproduction of Senado Square's Flagstone Street pattern in marble stones, alongside a modern metal recreation of the historic Ruínas de São Paulo. The dining hall also includes a feature wall built with traditional Portuguese blue-white tiles, adding to the overall ambiance.

The restaurant's open kitchen bar and visible kitchen in the main dining hall create an interactive dining experience, allowing guests to witness the chefs' culinary skills firsthand. The design highlights Macau as a hospitable city, offering an immersive and engaging fine dining experience.

Monique Lee's Soda Port is the recipient of the prestigious Silver A' Design Award in 2022, recognizing its outstanding expertise, innovation, and remarkable level of excellence in interior space, retail, and exhibition design.
