FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Le Utopia: Residential Design Project by Monique Lee

Monique Lee's Le Utopia is a residential design project that presents a modern and warm ambience, integrating common beliefs and the needs of family members. The design features an artful portrait of London marking happy moments, which becomes a sliding screen door for the cabinet. The project site measures 1977 sq.ft and is located in Hong Kong SAR, China. The project started in May 2018 and finished in February 2020.

The design strikes a balance between practical functions and aesthetics, making up deficiencies of the original layout and utilizing space to meet daily life needs. It integrates a wide-angle of open vision and natural colors to echo nature. The use of different materials provides a dynamic shift of moods and visual effects to cater to the preferences of each family member.

Le Utopia adopts only healthy and eco-friendly environment materials, meeting the most stringent international quality requirements. It features an advanced heat exchange system to maximize air convection and maintain a high indoor oxygen level. The design project was awarded Bronze in A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award in 2021.
