Residential Interior Design Project "Crescent" by Hsin Ting Weng Completed in New Taipei City

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Minimalist Residential Interior Design Project "Crescent" by Hsin Ting Weng

Hsin Ting Weng's "Crescent" project is a testament to the fusion of art and functionality, completed in November 2021 in New Taipei City, Taiwan. The design, inspired by the trajectory of acoustic waves, aims to forge a lyrical lifestyle in minimalist forms imbued with tasteful sophistication. The unique feature of this design is the embedded acoustic equipment underneath a backlit ceiling arc, forming a suspended crescent at the core of the living space.

The use of mineral paints throughout the space creates a primal and modest ambiance, while the red pendant above the dining table adds an artistic contrast, presenting playful stacks of lights and shadows. The design's technical specifications include a construction area of 115 square meters, and the project was realized with a keen eye for detail and functionality, overcoming the challenges of integrating visual-audio devices into the slender crescent shape.

Weng, a recipient of the Bronze A' Design Award in 2022, has demonstrated her astute sensibility to color and multi-material application, showcasing her commitment to both trendy and classic compositions. Her work in interior spaces reflects a dedication to aesthetics and refinement, contributing to the enhancement of living spaces.
